1. 适用范围与联系
本政策适用于 Max 函数应用、由开发者处理的 TestFlight 测试资料、邮件支持及公开问题反馈。应用与支持资料的维护者为 张宁（Max 函数开发者），位于中国大陆。就开发者自行决定用途的反馈资料而言，该维护者是相应的数据责任主体。Apple、GitHub及你使用的邮件服务商各自的服务也受其自身政策约束。
隐私、访问、更正或删除请求请发送至 maxfunctions.help@outlook.com，主题注明“Max 函数隐私请求”。请使用此私人渠道，不要在公开问题中提交身份证件、税号、银行信息或完整个人资料。
2. 应用本地数据
应用无需账号或登录。公式、参数、曲线颜色、视图、收藏、已保存页面和最近页面历史保存在设备本地，开发者不通过应用接收这些内容。应用没有广告、广告追踪或开发者自行集成的统计SDK，不出售个人数据，也不将反馈用于定向广告或跨服务追踪。
清空历史、删除图组和新建页面影响不同的本地内容；删除图组不会自动清空画布。卸载可能删除设备上的应用数据；系统备份、恢复及其删除需通过相应平台设置管理。开发者无法远程读取或替你删除设备内数据。
3. TestFlight 测试数据
使用 TestFlight 测试时，Apple会收集并向开发者提供测试安装及使用信息、崩溃诊断、App和系统版本、设备型号，以及你主动提交的评论、截图和附件。邮件邀请及反馈可能包含姓名或邮箱；仅通过公开链接加入时，Apple通常不向开发者显示测试员姓名和邮箱，但你主动写入反馈的个人资料仍可能被看到。
这些数据仅用于重现故障、检查兼容性、改进应用可靠性及就你报告的问题联系你。开发者不将原始测试资料提供给无关第三方。Apple独立管理其TestFlight平台数据；详情见 TestFlight与隐私。
4. 邮件与支持反馈
当你发邮件或提交问题时，开发者可能收到你的邮箱或GitHub用户名、消息内容、时间、App及系统版本、复现步骤、截图、附件和后续往来。只需提供排错所需的信息；公式及截图也可能含个人内容，请在发送前自行检查。
邮件用于回复请求和解决问题，不用于订阅营销。上述支持邮箱使用Microsoft Outlook服务，Microsoft为邮件投递、存储、安全及服务运行处理相关邮件和技术数据，详见Microsoft隐私声明。邮件可能在不同国家处理，并不承诺仅保存在欧盟。GitHub Issues是公开渠道，你发布的内容可能被其他人查看、搜索、复制或存档；私人请求请改用上面的邮箱。支持页面无需账号即可阅读，公开提交Issue需要GitHub账号。
5. 导出、网站与服务提供者
只有你主动导出时，应用才通过系统分享面板将PNG交给你选定的接收应用。接收方如何保存、转发或删除文件由你与其服务设置及政策决定，开发者不会因此收到图片。
打开隐私或支持网页会访问GitHub Pages。该站点没有开发者添加的广告、分析脚本、追踪像素或非必要Cookie；GitHub可能为托管、安全和运行服务处理IP地址、访问请求及技术日志。Apple、GitHub和邮件服务商可能在不同国家处理其服务数据。参见 GitHub隐私声明；邮件传输还适用你所选邮箱服务商的政策。
6. 数据用途、处理依据与地区
开发者仅为提供你请求的支持、诊断故障、保障安全与履行适用法律义务处理必要反馈。在GDPR适用时，必要的产品支持可依据履行合同或应你要求采取的相关步骤；有限排错和安全处理可依据改进及保护应用的正当利益，并兼顾你的权利；依法必须保留的记录依据相应法律义务。若某项处理以同意为依据，你可撤回该同意，而不影响撤回前的合法处理。
维护者在中国大陆处理其收到的反馈；平台和邮件服务可能涉及其他国家。若某项跨境传输受特别要求约束，会在开展该项传输前落实适用的法律依据与保护措施。你可通过上述邮箱询问具体接收方、地点与适用保护，或索取可提供的措施说明。
7. 保存期限
- 设备本地数据由你管理，直至你删除相关内容、卸载或按系统备份设置处理。
- 开发者不主动批量导出TestFlight原始日志。为具体排错导出的个人数据副本、支持邮件及相关附件，在问题结案后90天内删除；尚未结案的记录通常不超过12个月，到期删除个人部分或制作不可再识别个人的缺陷摘要。
- 上述期限覆盖开发者可控制的工作副本和备份；法律义务或具体争议确需保留的资料单独限制用途和访问，在必要期限结束后删除。无法再关联个人的匿名缺陷摘要可继续保留。
- GitHub公开Issue可能作为产品问题历史继续公开，直至由作者、维护者或GitHub按相应权限处理。你可随时请求移除其中的个人信息；公开缓存、转发、fork及他人副本不由开发者完全控制。
- Apple当前说明TestFlight反馈保存一年，崩溃及使用数据可能保存至问题解决；Apple、GitHub及邮件服务商自行控制的数据，以其最新政策和请求渠道为准。开发者不能保证删除其独立保留的全部记录。
8. 访问、更正、删除与其他权利
可通过上述私人邮箱请求确认开发者是否保存你的资料、访问或更正资料、删除不再必要的数据，或在适用条件下请求限制处理、反对基于正当利益的处理、获取可携带副本及撤回同意。开发者不利用这些资料作出具有法律或类似重大影响的自动化决定或用户画像。
请提供足以定位记录的最少信息，例如原联系邮箱、反馈日期、报告标识或Issue链接。仅在确有必要时核验请求人身份，不应为普通请求发送完整身份证或银行资料。开发者将无不当延误地回复；GDPR适用时原则上在收到请求后一个月内回复，依法需要延长时说明理由和期限。
删除请求获准后，删除开发者可控的个人副本和相关附件；如依法须保留部分资料，将说明范围和理由。停止TestFlight测试不会自动删除已有反馈。Apple或GitHub独立控制的数据可通过 Apple数据与隐私 或GitHub隐私支持渠道另行请求，开发者可协助说明自己能够处理的部分。欧盟用户可向其所在地有管辖权的数据保护机关投诉；其他地区的法定救济权利同样不受限制。
9. 安全、儿童与更新
反馈仅限维护应用所需的授权人员访问，使用受访问控制的工作账户；不将含个人信息的反馈、附件或日志放进公开源码或示例。没有任何互联网服务能够保证绝对安全。发现疑似资料泄露可联系上述邮箱。
应用不要求儿童注册，也不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。未成年人需要支持时，建议由家长或监护人联系；如发现不必要的儿童个人信息，请联系开发者处理。商店年龄分级不改变上述资料处理规则。
如数据处理方式改变，会更新本页日期和说明；依法需要时另行通知或取得同意。当前版本不以本政策要求用户放弃法定隐私或消费者权利。

1. Scope and contact
This notice covers Max Functions, TestFlight information handled by the developer, email support and public issue reports. The maintainer is Zhang Ning (Max Functions developer), located in mainland China, and is the controller of feedback for which the maintainer determines the purposes of processing. Apple, GitHub and email providers also operate services governed by their own notices.
Send privacy, access, correction or deletion requests to maxfunctions.help@outlook.com with the subject “Max Functions privacy request”. Use this private channel rather than posting identity documents, tax IDs, bank details or full personal records in a public issue.
2. Data on your device
No account or login is required. Expressions, parameters, curve colors, views, favorites, saved pages and recent-page history stay on your device. The developer does not receive them through the app. The app contains no advertising, advertising tracking or developer-integrated analytics SDK. The developer does not sell personal data or use feedback for targeted advertising or cross-service tracking.
Clearing history, deleting saved pages and creating a new page affect different local content. Deleting a saved page does not automatically clear the canvas. Uninstalling may remove app data; operating-system backups, restoration and backup deletion follow your platform settings. The developer cannot remotely read or delete your on-device data.
3. TestFlight information
When you test through TestFlight, Apple collects and shares with the developer installation and usage information, crash diagnostics, app/OS versions, device models, and comments, screenshots or attachments you choose to submit. Email invitations and feedback may include a name or email address. When you join only through a public link, Apple normally does not show the developer your name or email, but personal information you include in feedback may still be visible.
This information is used only to reproduce issues, check compatibility, improve reliability and contact you about a reported issue. The developer does not disclose raw beta testing data to unrelated third parties. Apple independently controls its TestFlight platform records; see TestFlight & Privacy.
4. Email and support reports
If you email or report an issue, the developer may receive your email address or GitHub username, message, time, app/OS versions, reproduction steps, screenshots, attachments and follow-up correspondence. Provide only what is needed to diagnose the issue. Expressions and screenshots can contain personal information; review them before sending.
Email is used to answer requests and resolve issues, not to enroll you in marketing. The support mailbox uses Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft processes relevant mail and technical data for delivery, storage, security and service operation; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Mail may be processed in different countries; EU-only storage is not promised. GitHub Issues is public: others may view, search, copy or archive what you post. Use the private email above for personal requests. Reading the support site requires no account; posting a GitHub issue requires a GitHub account.
5. Export, website and service providers
Only when you export does the app send a PNG through the system share sheet to the destination you choose. Retention, forwarding and deletion by the recipient follow your actions and that service's settings and policies. The developer does not receive the image through this action.
Opening the privacy or support site visits GitHub Pages. The site has no developer-added advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or nonessential cookies. GitHub may process IP addresses, web requests and technical logs for hosting, security and operation. Apple, GitHub and email providers may process service data in different countries. See the GitHub Privacy Statement; email transmission also follows your chosen provider's notice.
6. Purposes, legal bases and locations
The developer processes necessary feedback to provide requested support, diagnose issues, protect security and meet applicable legal duties. Where the GDPR applies, necessary product support may rely on performance of a contract or related steps at your request; limited debugging and security may rely on legitimate interests in improving and protecting the app, balanced against your rights; legally required records rely on the relevant legal obligation. Where consent is the basis for a particular use, you may withdraw it without affecting lawful processing before withdrawal.
The maintainer handles received feedback in mainland China; platform and email services may involve other countries. Applicable legal bases and safeguards will be put in place before undertaking a transfer subject to specific legal requirements. Contact the email above for information about recipients, locations and relevant safeguards, or an available description of those safeguards.
7. Retention
- You manage on-device data until you remove it, uninstall or act through system backup settings.
- The developer does not routinely bulk-export raw TestFlight logs. Personal copies exported for a specific investigation, support emails and attachments are deleted within 90 days after closure. Open records are normally kept for no more than 12 months, after which personal content is deleted or replaced with an irreversibly anonymous issue summary.
- These periods include working copies and backups controlled by the developer. Records necessary for a legal duty or specific dispute are separately restricted in purpose and access, and deleted when that necessity ends. Anonymous issue summaries that can no longer identify anyone may be retained.
- Public GitHub issues may remain as product history until handled by the author, maintainer or GitHub under their respective permissions. You may request removal of personal content. The developer cannot fully control public caches, forwarding, forks or others' copies.
- Apple currently states that TestFlight feedback is retained for one year and crash/usage data may remain until bugs are resolved. Independently controlled Apple, GitHub and email-provider records follow those providers' current notices and request procedures. The developer cannot guarantee deletion of every independently retained platform record.
8. Access, correction, deletion and other rights
Use the private email above to ask whether the developer holds information about you, request access, correction or erasure of unnecessary data, and, where applicable, restriction, objection to legitimate-interest processing, portability or withdrawal of consent. The developer does not use this information for automated decisions or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
Provide only what is needed to locate the record, such as the original email, report date, report identifier or issue link. Identity is checked only where necessary; do not send a full identity document or bank record for an ordinary request. Requests are answered without undue delay, in principle within one month where the GDPR applies; if a lawful extension is needed, its reasons and timing will be explained.
When erasure is granted, personal copies and attachments controlled by the developer are removed. Any legally necessary retention is explained in scope and reason. Stopping TestFlight testing does not automatically erase existing feedback. Separately controlled records may require a request through Apple Data & Privacy or GitHub's privacy support. The developer can assist with the parts under its control. EU users may complain to their competent local data protection authority; other statutory remedies are unaffected.
9. Security, children and changes
Feedback access is limited to authorized people who need it to maintain the app, using access-controlled work accounts. Personal reports, attachments and logs are not placed in public source code or examples. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected data disclosure using the private email above.
The app does not ask children to register and is not designed to collect their personal information. A parent or guardian should contact support for a minor where needed. Contact the developer about unnecessary child-related personal information. A store age rating does not change these processing practices.
Changes to processing will be reflected in this notice and its date, with additional notice or consent where required. This notice does not require you to waive statutory privacy or consumer rights.
